pie with potatoes, fresh cow's cheese and rosemary
Three two, one ... now do the numbers. Three yellow potatoes in the light of Leontina grandmother, two slices of cheese made with milk from cows uncle Dante and a sprig of rosemary in my tank. What can I say, I am very lucky. Suppliers and local officials. An idea with a near zero energy cost, with seasonal vegetables and cheeses self!
Ingredients:
- pound of potatoes
- onion
- 75 g of cheese
- 50 ml of milk
- 1 yolk
- 30 g of butter
- a sprig of rosemary
- salt & pepper
Chop the onion and fry with butter. Cut potatoes into cubes and brown in the pan with the onion, salt, add pepper, a few needle rosemary and cook for 15 minutes. Whip the cheese with the milk and blend the mixture sweet on fire. While stirring add the lightly beaten egg and thicken. Grease a ring cutter and place on a plate with a sheet of baking paper, put a little piece of potato and melted cheese, remove the ring and prepare the same way the pies. Pass the dishes in the oven for a few minutes then serve with the fondue and decorate with a few rosemary needles.
