flan with onion leeks
a green light, they were proud to dominate the piece of garden near the ruins of the hut. The spring onions. Ingredients:
- 4 spring onions
- 1 \\ 2 leek
- 1 \\ 2 cups milk 5 eggs
- a pinch of chili
- a handful of fresh pecorino
- butter
- salt & pepper
Clean the spring onions and slice thin, round slices. Clean the leeks and pan-fried in thin slices with a small knob of butter. Heat milk until boiling and let cool. Beat eggs, add the fresh pecorino cheese, salt & pepper, a pinch of red pepper and gradually add milk. Add the leeks and onions, and release everything in 4 well-buttered individual molds. Bake flan in water bath in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Let them cool outside the oven.
