Ten basil leaves, ten days ... to the liquor basil

Ten basil leaves, ten days ... to the liquor basil

Friday afternoon Alcohol ... joke! We are the tenth day of the dark and cool. The container is hermetically sealed to the light ... and the heat of the kitchen!
A filter for casting the basil leaves soaked in alcohol alcohol for ten days. Sugar on the scales and the water boiling on the stove. All that remains is to mix all the ingredients to make up the basil liquor. And then the wait ... at least 20 days before you can enjoy fresh under the stars!
The idea comes from a monthly food purchased a few years ago. I tried it the first time last year, so by accident ... and loved it! The 'aroma is fresh, with a rich basilique digestive power!

Ingredients:
  • 10 basil leaves
  • half a liter of ethanol
  • 600 g of sugar
  • 6 dl water
Put the basil leaves to soak in a pint of ethyl alcohol. Turn the container every day. On the tenth day dissolve the sugar in boiling water and add the alcohol filtrate. Wait 20 days e. .. mulch under the stars in August. And in September ...
An excellent gift idea ... a reminder of summer!
